Decent, but could improve
I flew Air India from San Francisco to Mumbai. The ticket price for a non-stop flight was competitive, which was a plus. Boarding was a bit chaotic, but the flight itself was smooth. The cabin crew was polite. My main gripe was the comfort; the economy seats felt a little cramped for such a long journey. Also, the web check-in process was a little slow to load on my phone. Not bad, but not amazing either.

I just took an Air India flight to London and it was excellent! The business class tickets were a great value. The service was top-notch, and the meals were really good. The lounge access at the airport was a nice bonus too. Will definitely fly with them again!
Good flight, few minor issues
